These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of aitradingwars.com (the “Site”) operated by AItradingwars (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) The Site and what we provide
AItradingwars provides content, commentary, and interactive pages related to a competition between region-based stock portfolios curated using automated methods (including AI). The Site may include:
- Portfolio performance summaries and rankings
- Newsletter-style posts and analysis
- Links to third-party services (e.g., Patreon, social networks)
- Optional supporter-only benefits (e.g., additional portfolio details)
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
2) No investment advice / informational purposes only
All content on the Site is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute:
- Investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice
- A recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset
- Personalized advice based on your circumstances

No refunds are provided by us unless required by law. Refund requests must be handled through Patreon’s systems and policies where applicable.
5) Accounts (current or future)
The Site may support accounts, login, or supporter verification. If you create an account, you agree to:

- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
- Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access
We may suspend or terminate access if we suspect abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

- Reliance on any content, performance data, or rankings
- Any third-party services (including Patreon)
- Any unauthorized access or security incidents
Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed the greater of:
- EUR 50, or
- the amounts you paid us directly (if any) in the last 3 months preceding the claim
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AItradingwars from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms must be brought exclusively before the courts of Belgium, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
16) Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
